Chair

Most days, Melissa gets to work with PT on sitting on the edge of the bed, core strength, etc. Today, she really wanted to sit in the chair in her room. The PT came by and Melissa was able to stand up using a device that helps keep her stable. They moved her to the chair and she sat for over an hour! This was huge, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally for her as well.
